Radhasoami Satsang Beas

Radhasoami Satsang Beas Founding Place Radhasoami Satsang, is a religious organization founded by  Shiv Dayal Singh  in 1861 on V/Basant Panchami day in Agra. The main centre of RSSB is at Dera Baba Jaimal Singh, located on the banks of the Beas River, in the northern India state of Punjab. Name Meaning Radha Soami  is a Hindi expression meaning "Lord of the Soul".   Radha means soul and Soami refers to True God or One God. God is swami of all souls as all souls are created by Him. Satsang   means 'association with Truth' and describes a group that seeks truth. Shri Sai Baba [1] Life: No information about parents, He was not a native of Shirdi (Kopargaon taluqua of the Ahmednagar district of             Maharashtra state) Came to Shridi at the age of sixteen No house, spent time under a margosa tree now called Gode neem (sweet Margosa). Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sang

RSS Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sang RSS was established on September 27, 1925 on Vijayadashmi day, at Nagpur by a few young men. It was to infuse patriotism in the youth and to instill discipline through physical training and patriotic exhortations. Dr. Keshav Baliram Hedgewar He was born on April 1, 1889. From Telangana, Brahmin family in Andhra Pradesh. His great grandfather was in Nagpur. Because of early difficulties in the family Keshav was sent to school in Nagpur. In 1909 he passed matriculation from Poona. In 1910 he joined national medical college at Calcutta and completed medical course in 1914. Then returned to Nagpur. He was always a revolutionary. In the 1920, December Congress session in Nagpur, he and few others pressed for complete independence and cow-protection. In 1921, August 19 he was in imprisoned for one year on sedition charges. He came out from the jail on the 12 th July 1922. This was the time the World War I (1914- 1918) was over.
